The Spring Challenge 2026

Sign up today + slay this summer!

Spring has sprung, bringing longer days and warmer temps. Soon it’ll be swimsuits, sundresses and fun in the sun (after applying our SPF, of course!)

Every year around this time I start hearing the same thing from women: “I just need to get back on track.”

Maybe your clothes feel a little tighter than they did a few months ago.

Maybe your routine got thrown off during a busy season.

Or maybe you know exactly what to do.. but consistency has been hard.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

And that’s exactly why I created the Spring Into Summer Challenge.

Memorial Day will be here before you know it. What you start today can change how you feel this summer.

What is the Challenge?

The Spring Into Summer Challenge is a 4 week accountability challenge designed to help women rebuild momentum with their nutrition and habits.

Instead of extreme dieting or unrealistic programs, we focus on the simple habits that actually move the scale.

Over the 4 weeks we focus on things like:

• Eating enough protein
• Moving your body consistently
• Drinking enough water
• Tracking your food
• Building sustainable habits

These small daily actions add up to real fat loss and real confidence.

And the best part? Daily mini-challenges to keep you engaged, focused and stacking up points toward CASH PRIZES. 💰

By the end of the Challenge, not only will you be feeling like a million bucks mentally and physically, but you could also be pocketing some extra cash! Cha-ching!

This hybrid of group coaching + a friendly competition is the perfect way to shake off those winter blues and step into the new season feeling unstoppable.

What Makes This Challenge Different?

What makes this challenge special is the community, competitive element and daily accountability.

You’re not doing it alone.

Real Results

Women in my programs have:

🔥 Lost 5–15 pounds
🔥 Built consistent nutrition habits
🔥 Finally stopped starting over every Monday

More importantly, they’ve gained confidence and momentum that lasts long after the challenge ends.

Q&A below:

When is the Challenge?

It begins Monday, April 6 and runs for 4 weeks.

Official dates of the Spring Challenge are Monday, 4/6 – Sunday, 5/3. You’ll be feeling fab for summer!

What will I get out of it?

Inside the Challenge you’ll get:

🏆 Daily mini challenges
💬 Nightly accountability with feedback
🎥 Coaching tips and guidance
📊 Progress tracking
💰 $600+ in prize money

Yes — you can literally win money for showing up and doing the work.

Who can join The Spring Challenge?

The Challenge is perfect for any woman ready to level up her nutrition, boost her mindset and get that daily dose of motivation to become the best version of herself.

Additionally, you’ll need a Facebook account as the Challenge will take place in an exclusive FB group.

I’m out of town for some of those dates.. Can I still participate?

Of course! While traveling can make it more difficult to stay focused on your nutrition, it’s often a part of life.

There will always be distractions, but you can engage in the challenge whether you’re at home or on the go.

In fact, you may discover that participating actually encourages you to make better, more deliberate choices. The key is finding that balance!

Do I need to live locally to jump in?

Nope! I work with women all over the map.

Since coaching and this Challenge are conducted completely online, you are welcome to join no matter where you live!

Can past clients join?

You bet! Past clients, there is a spot saved with your name on it!

The daily challenges will be engaging and motivating to everyone who participates.

Do I need to count my macros to join?

Nope! You can still get a lot outta the Challenge without actually counting your macros. The goal is that you’ll create or reinstate healthy lifestyle habits in regards to nutrition, exercise, mindset and motivation!

Do I need to track my food? I don't wanna.

You do not. However, tracking your food is one way to earn points. Every day there’s a spot for you to upload a screenshot of your daily macros. If you’re logging your food (while counting macros or not), you can easily participate.

You mentioned pts.. How do I earn 'em?

There’s daily mini-challenges to earn points. Before we kick things off, you’ll receive a Points Calendar briefly outlining each mini-challenge.

Every morning the mini-challenge will be posted and explained thoroughly, along with its point value. You’re responsible for keeping track of your points on the calendar provided.

Mini-Challenges range from meal prepping, sharing recipes, eating veggies, including enough fiber, clocking quality sleep and submitting your progress chart. Plus, keep an eye out for surprise BONUS mini-challenges!

At the end of the Challenge, calendars will be verified from the top point earners. If you’re in the top 3, you’ll score some cash! If not, don’t despair. You’ll still have 3 chances of winning some coaching cash just from participating!

Are points awarded for losing weight/inches?

Nope! Points aren’t given for losing pounds or inches – those are just a bonus!

Everyone is on an even playing field.. whether you’re a newbie, a seasoned veteran, or not into macro counting at all.

Do the points translate into prizes?

Heck yes! You’re responsible for keeping track of your points on the calendar provided. I’ll verify points at the end of the challenge to determine the winners. If you come in the top 3, you’re a shoe in for the MONEY!

Spicy plot twist – Plus, I’ll be randomly selecting THREE lucky participants who’ve submitted their Pts Calendar to each win $50 in coaching cash! This opens up more chances for you to snag a win, especially if your month isn’t flawless.

Prizes will be paid out via PayPal or Venmo – winner’s choice.

What do I need to participate?

You’ll need a Facebook account to join the private Challenge group.

If you plan to track macros, you’ll want to download a tracking app like MyFitnessPal, MacrosFirst, or another food logging app.

I also highly recommend using a kitchen scale to weigh your food. Portion sizes are often underestimated and we end up eating much more than we think. This alone can be a major needle mover!

Here’s a link to my favorite kitchen scale. I love that it measures in grams, ounces, pounds, and mL — plus it automatically shuts off to save the battery. (I’ve had mine for years and it’s still going strong!)

A soft tape measure is also helpful for tracking your progress each week. You can grab one from Target or order this cute pink one for $3 on Amazon.

If you’re brand new to macro counting, I recommend starting with this blog post that explains the basics.

Will I get a meal plan to follow?

Nope — and that’s intentional.

I don’t believe meal plans are the best long-term strategy for three main reasons:

1️⃣ Everyone’s macros are different.
A plan that fits my nutrition targets likely wouldn’t fit yours.

2️⃣ Everyone has different food preferences.
Foods I love and eat daily might not be your thing. The goal is to build a way of eating that works for your tastes and your lifestyle.

3️⃣ The goal is to learn how to structure your nutrition.
I want you to understand how to fuel your body, not just follow a list of foods someone else chose for you.

That said, you won’t be left guessing!

You’ll get:
✔️ A list of my go-to grocery staples
✔️ My weekly dinner menu for meal inspiration
✔️ Tons of recipe ideas from other women in the challenge

In fact, you can even earn points by sharing recipes, so by the end of the challenge you’ll have oodles of healthy meal ideas.

Will you be reviewing my nutrition log?

Because this is a group challenge, I won’t be individually reviewing everyone’s food logs the way I do with my 1:1 coaching clients.

The goal of this challenge is to help you build awareness and consistency with your nutrition.

Instead of relying on someone else to review everything you eat, you’ll start learning how to evaluate your own choices and make adjustments along the way.

That’s how real, sustainable progress happens.

That said, you won’t be left figuring it out alone!

Inside the challenge you’ll get:

✔️ Guidance on what to focus on with your nutrition
✔️ Coaching tips and reminders throughout the challenge
✔️ Support and encouragement inside the group
✔️ Opportunities to ask questions if you get stuck

If you’re looking for more personalized feedback, that’s something I offer inside my 1:1 coaching program.

I'm digging it! How much is the investment?
