From meal planning and sharing recipes to hitting your veggie goals and posting your daily macros (veterans, you know the drill 😉), there are so many ways to win.
And unlike other challenges, this isn’t about the scale. No points for pounds lost—because the real goal is creating habits that make you feel strong, confident and in control. (But hey, if you drop a pant size, we’ll call that a bonus! 😉)
By the end of the challenge, not only will you be feeling like a million bucks mentally and physically, but you could also be pocketing some extra cash! Cha-ching!

When is the Challenge?
It begins Monday, April 21 and runs for 4 weeks.
There is 3 week mini macro group prior to the start of the Challenge: Monday, 3/13 – Sunday, 4/20. (click here for all the details!)
Official dates of the Spring Challenge are Monday, 4/21 – Sunday, 5/18. You’ll be feeling fab for summer!
What will I get out of it?

I literally know nothing (very little) about macros.. Should I join?
YES! The Mini Macro Group is meant for you! Whether you’re completely new to macro counting or need a little guidance to get started, sign up here!
You, me and a small group of gals will go through the basics. Questions will get answered, strategies will be shared, logging will be practiced and you’ll feel MUCH more confident when the Challenge commences – promise!
Plus, you’ll receive a Custom Macro Breakdown ($40 value) based on your biometrics, lifestyle and individual goals!
Who can join The Spring Challenge?
The Challenge is perfect for any woman ready to level up her nutrition, boost her mindset and get that daily dose of motivation to become the best version of herself.
Additionally, you’ll need a Facebook account as the Challenge will take place in an exclusive FB group.
I’m out of town for some of those dates.. Can I still participate?
Of course! While traveling can make it more difficult to stay focused on your nutrition, it’s often a part of life.
There will always be distractions, but you can engage in the challenge whether you’re at home or on the go.
In fact, you may discover that participating actually encourages you to make better, more deliberate choices. The key is finding that balance!
Do I need to live locally to jump in?
Nope! I work with women all over the map.
Since coaching and this Challenge are conducted completely online, you are welcome to join no matter where you live!
Can past clients participate?
You bet! Past clients, there is a spot saved with your name on it!
The daily challenges will be engaging and motivating to everyone who participates.
Do I need to count my macros to participate?
Nope! You can still get a lot outta the Challenge without actually counting your macros. The goal is that you’ll create or reinstate healthy lifestyle habits in regards to nutrition, exercise, mindset and motivation!
Do I need to track my food? I don't wanna.
You do not. However, tracking your food is one way to earn points. Every day there’s a spot for you to upload a screenshot of your daily macros. If you’re logging your food (while counting macros or not), you can easily participate.
You mentioned pts.. How do I earn 'em?
There’s daily mini-challenges to earn points. Before we kick things off, you’ll receive a Points Calendar briefly outlining each mini-challenge.
Every morning the mini-challenge will be posted and explained thoroughly, along with its point value. You’re responsible for keeping track of your points on the calendar provided.
Mini-Challenges range from meal prepping, sharing recipes, eating veggies, including enough fiber, clocking quality sleep and submitting your progress chart. Plus, keep an eye out for surprise BONUS mini-challenges!
At the end of the Challenge, calendars will be verified from the top point earners. If you’re in the top 2, you’ll score some cash! If not, don’t despair. You’ll still have 3 chances of winning some money from participating!
Are points awarded for losing weight/inches?
Nope! Points aren’t given for losing pounds or inches – those are just a bonus!
Everyone is on an even playing field – whether you’re a newbie, a seasoned veteran, or not into macro counting at all.
Do the points translate into prizes?
Heck yes! You’re responsible for keeping track of your points on the calendar provided. I’ll verify points at the end of the challenge to determine the winners. If you come in the top 2, you’re a shoe in for the MONEY!
Spicy plot twist – instead of awarding a traditional 3rd place, I’ll be randomly selecting THREE lucky participants who’ve submitted their Pts Calendar to each win $50! This opens up more chances for you to snag a win, especially if your month isn’t flawless.
1st place will earn $225
Also – 3 random entrants will win $50 each for participating!
2nd place will earn $125
Prizes will be paid out via PayPal or Venmo – winner’s choice.
What do I need to participate?
You’ll need a FB account to join the Challenge group.
If you plan to track macros, you’ll want to download My Fitness Pal, Macros First or another tracking app.
I really, realllly encourage using a scale to weigh your food. Portion sizes are often underestimated and we’re eating MUCH more than we think. (This is a needle mover!)
Here’s a link to my favorite kitchen scale. (I’ve had a few.) It measures in grams, ounces, pounds, pounds + ounces and mL. I love that it shuts off if I forget to turn it off after a few minutes to save the battery. Plus, it has 5 year warranty if you need it. (Although, mine has worked perfectly for years.) They just released a white version if that works better with your kitchen aesthetic.
Having a soft tape measure is very helpful for taking your measurements each week. You can grab one from Target or order this cute pink one for $4 from Amazon.

Will I get a meal plan to follow?
Nope. I don’t believe in meal plans for 3 main reasons.
1. Macros can vary greatly from person to person, so a plan that fits my macros would likely not fit yours.
2. Everyone has different tastes and preferences when it comes to food. Staples that I love and include in my diet daily may not be your cup of tea. I encourage a balanced way of eating that fits YOUR needs!
3. The goal is to learn HOW to format your nutrition to best fuel your body, not simply eat what someone tells you to eat.
You WILL get a list of my grocery staples and my weekly dinner menu for meal inspo.
There’s also ways to earn points by sharing recipes, so you’ll have access to oodles and oodles of healthy meal options!
Will you be reviewing my nutrition log?
I won’t be reviewing your actual log, but I’ll see those daily screenshots if you choose to post them (for points!)
You’re also welcome and encouraged to “friend” other participants in MFP, which will give them access to your food dairy – more accountability!
