Did you enjoy allllll the BBQ burgers, treats while traveling and beach beverages while making memories this summer? Living your best summer life was probably so.much.fun, but you may be craving some consistency and routine now that fall is here.. like TODAY!
Let’s get real for a sec.. my inbox has been full of emails this month (like a lot a lot) from women looking for nutrition support. I totally get it. They want to feel their best and more comfortable in their skin. Maybe you can relate.
Whether you stuck to the script or veered way off course over the summer, now is a great time to dial in your nutrition.
Don’t hate me for saying this, but the holiday season is quickly approaching. I’m sorry, but it’s true!
The ghosts and bats are already flying around on porches (a little early if you ask me) and the shelves are stocked with candy corn (you love it or you hate it – we’re #teamcandycorn over here.)
Halloween will be here frighteningly fast. (You see what I did there?)
Then we’ll blink and it’ll be Thanksgiving. That single day is a heavy hitter and can easily cause a ripple effect just in time for the most jolly time of the year, filled with cookies, cocktails and Christmas cheer.
I’m basically saying that NOW is the time to (re)focus on establishing healthy habits. You’ll set yourself up for success when navigating the holidays. Are you with me?
Cue – THE FALL CHALLENGE!
This hybrid of group coaching + a competition will motivate you to reach those goals so you feel confident in your choices and great in your skin!
If you’ve been around for a minute, you may have participated in one of the past 4 Challenges. As always, your feedback was reviewed and used to improve this round, making it even more valuable for you!

When is the Challenge?
It begins Monday, October 16 and runs for 4 weeks.
There is an optional Prep Week prior to the start of the Challenge: Monday, 10/9 – Sunday, 10/15. (see the deets below!)
Official dates are Monday, 10/16 – Sunday, 11/12. You’ll be in a great groove once the holidays roll around!
What will I get out of it?
>> Daily mini-challenges to help you (re)establish healthy habits
>> Daily nutrition accountability. You’ll post a screenshot of your nutrition log nightly and receive feedback on it.
>> Loads of meal inspo
>> Weekly check-ins via email
>> A weekly group coaching call via Zoom (new!) You’ll have the option to hop on the call at Wednesdays @ noon to ask questions, talk strategy and hear tips to help you reach your goals. (If you can’t make it live, you can catch the recording later in the group.)
I literally know nothing (very little) about macros.. Should I join?
YES! Prep Week is meant for you! Whether you’re completely new to macro counting or need a little guidance to get started, sign up for the optional prep week: Monday, 10/9 – Sunday, 10/15.
You, me and a small group of gals will go through the basics. Questions will get answered, strategies will be shared, logging will be practiced and you’ll feel MUCH more confident when the Challenge commences – promise!
Plus, you’ll receive a Custom Macro Breakdown ($30 value) based on your biometrics, lifestyle and individual goals!
Who can participate in The Fall Challenge?
The Challenge is open to you if you’re a female that would like to dial in your nutrition, focus on a positive mindset and receive daily motivation to be the best version of YOU.
You also need a Facebook account because the Challenge will be conducted in a private FB group.
I’m out of town for some of those dates.. Can I still participate?
Of course! While traveling can make it more difficult to stay focused on your nutrition, it is often a part of life.
Things will always come up to distract you from “staying on course,” but you can participate while home or away.
You’ll likely even find that participating helps you make better, more intentional choices. The key is to achieve balance!
Do I need to live locally to jump in?
Nope! I work with women all over the map.
Since coaching and this Challenge are conducted completely online, you are welcome to join no matter where you live!
Can past clients participate?
Absolutely! Past clients are welcome and encouraged to join!
The daily challenges will be engaging and motivating to everyone who participates.
Do I need to count my macros to participate?
Nope! You can still get a lot outta the Challenge without actually counting your macros. The goal is that you’ll create or reinstate healthy lifestyle habits in regards to nutrition, exercise, mindset and motivation!
Do I need to track my food? I don't wanna.
You do not. However, tracking your food is one way to earn points. Every day there’ll be a post for you to upload a screenshot of your daily macros. If you’re logging your food (while counting macros or not), you can easily participate.
You mentioned pts.. How do I earn 'em?
There’ll be daily mini-challenges to earn points. Before we begin, you’ll receive a calendar briefly outlining each mini-challenge.
Every morning the mini-challenge will be posted and explained thoroughly, including the amount of points it’s worth. You are responsible for keeping track of your points on the calendar provided.
The highest point earners will be verified at the end of the Challenge. If you’e in the top 3 , you’ll win some moohla!
One way to earn points is by completing a Chiseler – a mini bodyweight workout that can be completed at home. They’ll take somewhere between 5-20 minutes and get your heart rate up!
Other examples of ways to collect points? Food prepping, recipe sharing and submitting your . There will also be surprise BONUS mini-challenges!
Are points awarded for losing weight/inches?
Nope! Points aren’t given for losing pounds or inches – those are just a bonus!
Everyone is on an even playing field – newbies, veterans and non-macro counters.
Do the points translate into prizes?
Heck yes! You’re responsible for keeping track of your points on the calendar provided. I’ll verify points of the top placed entrants at the end of the challenge to determine the winners. If you come in the top 3, you’ll earn MONEY!
3rd place will earn $75
*NEW* this year – EVERYONE that completes the challenge will get entered into a giveaway for $50
2nd place will earn $125
1st place will earn $225
If there is a tie at the end, there will be a tiebreaker. Prizes will be paid out via PayPal or Venmo – winner’s choice.
What do I need to participate?
You’ll need a FB account to join the Challenge group.
If you plan to track macros, you’ll want to download My Fitness Pal or another tracking app.
I really, realllly encourage using a scale to weigh your food. Portion sizes is often underestimated and we’re eating MUCH more than we think.
This is my favorite kitchen scale. It measures in grams, ounces, pounds, pounds + ounces and mL. I love that it shuts off if I forget to turn it off after a few minutes to save the battery. Plus, it has 5 year warranty if you need it. (Although, mine has worked perfectly for the past 3 years.) They just released a white version if that works better with your kitchen aesthetic.
It’s not necessary, but having a soft tape measure is very helpful for taking your measurements each week. You can grab one from Target or order this cute pink one for $3 from Amazon.

Will I get a meal plan to follow?
Nope. I don’t believe in meal plans for 2 main reasons.
1. Macros can vary greatly from person to person, so a plan that fits my macros would likely not fit yours.
2. Everyone has different tastes and preferences when it comes to food. Staples that I love and include in my diet daily may not be your cup of tea. I encourage a balanced way of eating that fits YOUR needs!
You WILL get a list of my grocery staples and my weekly dinner menu for meal inspo.
There’ll also be ways to earn points by sharing recipes, so you’ll have access to oodles and oodles of healthy meal options!
Will you be reviewing my nutrition log?
I won’t be reviewing your actual log, but I’ll see those daily screenshots if you choose to post them (for points!)
You’re also welcome and encouraged to “friend” other participants in MFP, which will give them access to your food dairy – more accountability!
