Counting your macros, which is also known as If It Fits Your Macros [IIFYM] is a great tool to help you establish balance with your nutrition, make intentional decisions with your eating and develop a healthy relationship with food.

Week 4 [POST GROUP]
- Continue coaching
- Join the CBC Celebrity FB group to maintain accountability, support, guidance, check ins & share recipes
- Exit coaching
- Apply what was learned and track independently
